Do, Mama, Do.
That’s the story of your life.
You do all the things. You go all the places. You make all the foods. You kiss away all the tears.
You are a doer.
And yet you get to the end of a day and question yourself — “Have I done enough?”
You ask, “Am I enough?”
I’ve worked with a lot of women in the Abundant Mama Online Program.
Women all around the world.
Women with one child. Two. Three. Six.
I’ve worked with women who work. Who stay home. Who work from home.
And one thing is certain … no matter who they are, or how much money they have or don’t have and no matter what they do for a living, moms today just don’t feel like they are ever enough, or have enough or do enough.
That’s where the Abundant Mama Project comes in … helping you SEE that you are enough has been the heart and soul of the project from Day One when it first debuted in 2013.
It’s one thing for people to say it to you — you are enough!
It’s quite another to actually believe you are enough, you have enough, and you do enough — and you can rest now. But to believe it we must begin to change our thought patterns and how we show up in the world.
It means we must stop looking OUT THERE for the answers of what makes us happy and start looking IN HERE for the wisdom that creates joy and peace and abundance.
Today, a new group of women will gather in our online classroom to begin the work of shedding those self-doubts and layers of expectations that keep us feeling low and down on ourselves. This new class will begin this week with focusing on all the good they do, all the good they have and how more than enough they truly are. JOIN THE CLASS NOW.
In this week’s episode of The Abundant Mama Show, I’m talking about the importance of practicing enoughness — and modeling it and living it for our children.
And why it’s so hard for busy moms.
And why it’s so vital for raising abundant children.
