The Energy Boost
This is a group coaching program designed to help you fire up your energy system to give you creative momentum and energy balance so that you maintain consistency in your day-to-day life. We meet weekly on Mondays at 1 p.m. EST on Zoom. Optional Support calls will be held on Fridays as well. This Session of the Energy Boost begin Oct. 5. Only 10 spaces available.
