The world is a noisy place for a highly sensitive mama like you. Every day more and more information is thrown at you on how you can care for yourself, be more productive, raise thriving children and keep a nice home. But all you feel is pure overwhelm and exhaustion.
Highly Sensitive women have different needs for raising a family, keeping a home and tending to themselves.
And once YOU know how to care for YOURSELF deeply enough to feel content and satisfied, you will no longer rely on anyone else to feel joy.
I created the Peace Circle when I was starting to feel especially overwhelmed with the world myself but also when I was starting to realize that MY kind of self-care isn’t at all like the rest of society’s self-care.
I longed for soulful, nurturing and healing self-care — the kind we get from journaling, meditation and creating art for the sake of creating art.
And I longed for a tribe of women who take motherhood — and soul-care — as seriously as I do.
And I longed for deeper conversations about living authentically and slowly as well as discussing life’s hardships like grief, loneliness, depression and jealousy — as a way to move through those feelings with deep love and appreciation.
The Peace Circle grew out of those longings and now serves as an ongoing group coaching program for moms like you who need and crave …
- Inspiration for the mundane and challenging parts of motherhood and parenting
- Tips to find Ease in your busy, hectic life.
- Self-discovery and personal growth work so you can be more YOU.
- A community that values that sweet struggle between doing and being.
- Real, HONEST support and insight from moms who aren’t afraid to admit motherhood is really hard.
- Practical strategies for positive parenting and creating a more peaceful home and heart.
Our village of highly sensitive moms are dedicated to living the practice of being calm, strong and present mom while also encouraging you and supporting you in whatever motherhood season you are in right now from the newborn stage to preparing for empty nesting.
Our motherHOOD is a playground for moms filled with inspiration for creativity, peaceful parenting, self-care and self-love and confidence building.
If you long to know more about yourself and to do creative work and journaling to connect with yourself and your life better than you will find comfort in the practices, tools and tips you will receive in your inbox each month and in the community each day.
I now know how to give and receive care to others, deeply and lovingly.
Since joining the Peace Circle, I am a changed woman. I now have passion, motivation, and drive. I have a belief in myself that I have never had before. My authenticity and confidence as a woman, a mother, and a wife, is emerging more and more.
I now know how to give and receive care to others, deeply and lovingly. I have even cultivated some of the best friends of my life in this community. I have the support, resourcing, and camaraderie I was craving in early motherhood and I have a community of women who I can laugh with, learn from, and grow with. Katie S.
The Peace Circle is:
We all hit hard days. You need to be ready for those. And you need a sisterhood that gets that.
I have learned the power of living with intention in every moment and choosing how I want to feel, no matter what is going on around me.
When I started the Peace Circle I was gratefully emerging from the bitter, sour place I’d been dwelling in for far too long. AMP opened my eyes and taught me so much, but I was still carrying a lifetime of believing that I wasn’t worthy of chasing my dreams or truly knowing myself.
In the Peace Circle, I’ve learned I don’t need to wait for fate to shape my life. I have learned the power of living with intention in every moment and choosing how I want to feel, no matter what is going on around me. I am inspired every day in ways I never imagined were possible. I feel closer to knowing and being my authentic self than I ever have before. In the 6-months I’ve been a member, have started to find a home in this circle of inspiring women and in my own beautiful skin. Reganne
The Peace Circle is the support I need to become all of me, to know my own truths and to act on my own wisdom.
When I started the Peace Circle I was looking for somewhere that would give me the magic formula to being the best possible mother, wife and woman I could be. AMP was amazing and opened my eyes but left me longing for more.
I was still searching for someone else to tell me what to do and how to be so that I could mother my children toward successful and happy lives. And now I have come to realise that everything about the Peace Circle is not this at all! The Peace Circle is the support I need to become all of me, to know my own truths and to act on my own wisdom. The Peace Circle has given me the opportunity to live authentically and in this to see how to love my kids exactly as they are in each passing phase. Amanda

Working with the Abundant Mamas and Shawn in the Peace Circle has opened my eyes to the possibility of every day and the power of intention. The Peace Circle reminds me daily and weekly to show up, to engage and to enjoy whatever arrives in my life as well as to be accountability for what I create and invite. Rani
I already have a very good support system in my life. Do I need this?
I am very lonely. Will I make friends?
Peace Circle mamas have had meetups all over the world at this point. We hold annual retreats (for an additional charge) that are truly life-changing. And we have daily interactions that keep you feeling connected to yourself, and to each other.
I tend to forget all about myself and my needs. Will this offer more self-care ideas?
I get easily overwhelmed with technology. Is this going to be a problem.
We go above and beyond to make sure we hold your hand to learn the ropes as a beginner. We have a community full of women online almost at all hours so you can ask questions and get answers fast.
My partner is not supportive of me doing this program. Should I do it anyway?
However, we would never advise you to do something that is going to hurt your marriage or relationship so make a careful decision for yourself. You know what is best for you.
How long does the Peace Circle last?
How much of a time commitment is needed?
Plan about an hour a week over your coffee or tea. Some challenges will involve your whole family and other fun creative stuff that involve glue and scissors. All you really need is a journal and some pens — and a few minutes of quiet in your day.
I’ve realized that I am not the only one constantly trying to be a better mama and a better person.
There are lots of like-minded, non-judgmental women out there and being in the Peace Circle helps to keep what I want for myself, and my family, at the forefront of my mind. Laura
Without the guidance and empowerment of the beautiful women in the Peace Circle my journey would be very different...
The Peace Circle reminds me daily and weekly of the journey I have embarked on and keeps me grounded during the parts of that journey that are unsavory… gently urging me forward:). My word for the year was commitment… I had no idea what this truly encompassed but as I have worked in AMP and the Peace Circle I see that that word has been my glue, my accountability.
Without the guidance and empowerment of the beautiful women in the Peace Circle my journey would be very different or dare I say non-existent. My gratitude runs deep for Shawn and the diverse group that I am so honored to be a part of! Erin
