Finding quiet time in our busy lives is SO hard. So elusive. There’s just so much to do, so much to tend to, so many people who need nurtured.
In fact, when we don’t take time to think and let our thoughts wander and go where they want to go … we can easily and quickly end up in the Land of Bitter and Sour.
There’s a reason you desperately need quiet in your life.
We often make time to take a bath or paint our nails, but our hearts and minds need nurtured as well.
Finding time to reflect on you, your motherhood journey and how you want your motherhood journey to unfold is vital to no longer feeling lost in the trenches of motherhood and care taking.
This kind of soulcare lasts much longer than a quick trip the spa or a run.

Reflecting and thinking about the big picture of our lives is a huge part of our Abundant Mama practices — knowing what’s working and what’s not working so that you can be a peaceful, playful and present mom is essential to being stronger and calmer in the hard moments of motherhood and LIFE.
I am known for offering women really deep, introspective questions — to ponder, to journal on, to meditate on — because I am a deep thinking person.
Asking questions and digging deep into who we are as mothers is my superpower — and doing this work is my self-care.
