Sometimes, when our patience is very thin, and the noise is very loud, and the people are being human and the messes are growing higher, I just want to breathe.

But, sometimes it’s not enough.

I recently showed my very passionate daughter who is quick to react without much thought how to breathe in a way that would slow her down and calm her down.

Breathe in Peace.

Breathe out Love.

Last week, during my online chat, I shared this breathing exercise with many of you.

It works wonders.

For me. For my daughter.

And I hope for you.
